We see this fun decorative elastic whipping around the sleeves the bottom of a velvet sweatshirt...but that is just us. You probably have other great ideas for using this interesting elastic. There are rows of stitching in silver metallic edging both sides, along with bits of antique gold and silver metallic knit into the zig-zags. It is super soft so will work well on lots of different fabrics. Also available in a soft cream combination.
